IAD SARL, Integrated Agricultural Development, is a family-owned agribusiness based in Bamenda, Northwest Region of Cameroon. Built on decades of hands-on experience, we specialize in the cultivation and processing of maize, ginger, coffee, cocoa, as well as palm kernel production and oil extraction, delivering quality products from farm to market.
Founded by the late Mr Shemitang Victor Achebusong, IAD was established on a foundation of hard work, discipline, and deep knowledge of agriculture. Since his passing on November 23, 2023, the company continues under the leadership of Mrs Teangung Florence Epse Shemitang, supported by Shemitang Desmond Achebusong, carrying forward his vision with renewed focus and purpose.
From our base in Bamenda, we are committed to strengthening Cameroon’s agricultural sector through consistent production, value addition, and reliable supply. By combining traditional expertise with modern processing, including palm kernel and oil extraction, we are expanding our impact across multiple value chains.
We are not just cultivating crops, we are building a legacy, creating opportunities, and contributing to a stronger, more competitive agricultural economy.
